I posted the first part of this on August 29, 2012 from the Surveyor
General records. The second section or set of documents are from the
Private Land Claims or PLC 100, Roll 44 of the Spanish Archives of New
Mexico and posted those yesterday. This is the final part of the genealogy that was found in these sets of records.
A Jesus Trujillo, claims that one of the other grantees was a Jose Maria Jaramillo, who had a daughter Josefa. Based on the other pieces of data that he testifies to, we can build the genealogy for this family quite easily.
Jose Maria Jaramillo m. Justa Sanchez
1. Josefa Jaramillo m. Blas Archuleta (in 1816 they are baptizing a daughter in Jemez)
a. Jose Francisco Archuleta m. Bibiana Montoya (baptizing a child in 1852 at Jemez)
- Emiterio Archuleta is a descendant of a grantee. He married Maria Dolores Barros.
